Pre-rolled cones, as the name suggests, are smoking grade rolling papers that have been “pre-rolled” in the shape of a cone and already fitted with a filter tip. These cones are ideal for filling with cannabis flower at a large scale and provide an easily accessible cannabis product for consumers.
Customized rolling papers and pre-rolled cones allow your company and brand to be displayed on an easily accessible product that is directly handled and seen by many consumers.
Your logo and branding can be printed on the filter tip of each pre-roll, as well as on the product packaging. (Request a catalogue for more information on available package types and sizes.)
Our minimum orders sizes are: 1,000 booklets for custom papers, and 10,000 units of cones. There are no maximum order sizes.
The standard rolling paper types we use are: Bleached Flax (14gsm), Unbleached Flax (14gsm), and Organically Sourced Unbleached Hemp (13.5gsm).
The standard sizes we produce are: 84mm, 98mm, and 109mm. However, more sizes can be produced upon request (depending on order quantity).
We DO NOT pre-fill our custom cones. They will be shipped to you empty and must then be filled at a facility with the appropriate licenses.
There are a variety of ways to fill pre-rolled cones. They can be sold empty to be filled by hand by your customers, or they can be filled using a cone filling machine.
Our custom pre-roll cones are made in and shipped out of our wholly owned factory in Mexico. Our rolling paper is sourced and produced in France.
